Highly recommend Janet for your tattoo removal! Great customer service relations, very knowledgeable about the removal and is very kind and empathetic. She communicates when she does a test, and advises you to feel free to stop anytime. I am getting great results. Her office is tidy and very clean and she always greets with a warm smile!

I recently moved to the Michiana area and was looking to pick back up with tattoo removals here after having many successful sessions with a different company where I was living before. After doing my research, I decided to take a chance on Removal Solutions. Let me tell you, my sessions here have hands down been THE BEST tattoo removal experiences I've ever had! While the laser technology is important (and the one here is top notch!), I believe the technician behind the laser to be the most important factor in the removal process. Janet is incredibly professional and medically hygienic throughout the process, and is very detail oriented and thorough in her work. She takes her time and doesn't rush (doesn't miss a spot of ink!) and her patience, kindness, and genuine care throughout each session puts me right at ease - I no longer dread removal appointments like I did in the past and instead look forward to them now! She has also gone through the tattoo removal process on her own tattoos, which makes her empathetic and passionate to the process, as well as trustworthy. After two sessions here, I am seeing great continued movement in the ink on multiple large tattoos and am happy with my results so far! Prices are more than reasonable, especially for the quality of sessions you will get. Don't sleep on this place, we are so lucky to have Janet!!!

So professional, curious, clean and affordable. Janet did a few tests on my multiple colors to make sure they would all take. She also stopped multiple times to check on me. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
